  • Really nice work!

  • Absolutely stunning work. Thank you for sharing. What lens did you use if you don't mind i ask.

  • Thank you. Most of the time I was on a Canon 24-105 lens. However, old fixed lenses with the aperture ring on the lens are better if you can find them.

  • its really wonderful

  • Great work!!

  • Hi Thomas, wonderfull footage. I'm Alejandro from Argentina, how can i to avoid the blinking of the exposure in the time lapses? I'm using an Nikon D200 and in day light is a problem, for large exposures in night is not enought problems, but in day produce little diferences of exposure. Can you help me?

  • Hi Alejandro:

This happens because the aperture ring on the lens opens up and stops down between each shot to allow for maximum light to come through the eye piece. You will notice that this is not as much of a problem in night shots since your aperture is usually wide open.

The work around is to shoot with an older lens that has an aperture ring right no the lens that isn't controlled by the camera. Hope that helps.

    Tom
