Richie is a great guitarist and good singer too, but it´s so sad to see him changed in couple years. He´s not fat actually but his face and arms are so (is it?) swollen. I don´t know is it from too many drinks or beers or huge amount of sugar, salt and fat from lousy junk food. He is good looking man but this is not nice to see, but still nice to hear and enjoy these great songs.

@maegana I believe You and also hear from this song that he do can really sing very well if he wants to. I´ve read that he have had alcohol problems for many years and he left the band on tour to get some prof. help. I was in 17th on July here in Helsinki, Finland and it was one of best music experience ever live. @sulutkin I am glad you had fun.. anyway to elaborate about richie from 2009: when I saw the new orleans jazz festival clip of the final bows, I was taken aback by his weight gain and thought it was a trick my mind was playing on me but I quickly realized that was not the case.. he was that chubby that he actually stood out from the band when they were saying goodbye.. given everything that he went through you could understand but glad to say he is doing a hell of a lot better now

I`ve also seen Richie`s Lay Your Hands on Me solo and it certainly gave Jon a run for his money. But I def agree with you aboutthem doing i together. i think richie richie's voice is stronger than jon's and has a more unique colour, although it ain't the perfect ballad voice. but richie's a great singer and a even better guitarist and it's a real shame that he has to hide his potential behind the band's lead singer (who actually lost his good voice)
