@monkeyjunky5603 - Cheers dude. Guido, the person who taught me this, has made a few really good quick tutorials. Look for "Soft back breakfall". Also check out the USF guys who do equally good stuff but a slightly different style. Look for "Back feather breakfall". I think Guido's method is the best for solo practice and starting at ground level, the USF way is ecxellent for group training. I rate both highly.
awesome Paul, it looks away softer than i was ever able to do. You should talk to Alexandre, he always beat me on that fall. Never the less you are doing an amazing progress on that fall. Keep up man, next time we meet i want you teaching me how to fall like that.
