no you get it by getting all gold in Hero mode

i can do it better on ths track i think, i've now dd that track like 1204 times :P(just like it)

but you made a nice race, but the point where you get killed with that 1 hit KO weapon you just could brake and let 1 pass you so he get hit and then use turbo to speed up directly :P
