The movie is so ridiculously bad, and it's such a great mystery story. Not only the inexplicable background music, the characters are nearly all wrong, they look like bored party guests while being knocked off one by one. Elke Sommer is the worst, but the others are not much better, though some really great actors among them. Aznavour ought to be glad that his character is the first to be killed! Look for the older film versions, the older, the better (there are no fewer than 4 that I know of!!)

My sister and I laughed during this scene when watching the movie. It doesn't fit there at all. Fro the rest of the film we kept saying the drummer and bass player were the killers.

The character is playing a song on the piano before being murdered by cyanide poisoning. DID THE CHARACTER BRING A DRUMMER AND A BASSIST to this remote location in this Agatha Christie whodunit? Huh? Huh? Because I can hear drums and bass under his piano playing!! I'M WAITING FOR AN ANSWER!!!
