Nope, Water Dragons aren't part of the basilisk family. This in the video is a Green or Plumed basilisk. Brown, Striped, and common basilisk are the other members of the Basiliscus family. Chinese Water Dragons, sadly, are not part of this family. Those are aptly named for their great capabilities in being proficient swimmers.

They have little pads on their feet, and believe it or not, they take 20 steps per second. That is how they walk on water. I know this from watching "Animal Planet's: The Most Extreme.
