P.S. What is the POD XT? I've never heard of it but it sounds wonderful. Any basic info concerning price, difficulty of set up, what I'd need to use it, etc. would be super appreciated

Hey thanks, I am happy to know I can be of service to others.

Just get online and go to Guitar Center's website and look up POD XT and get one. All you have to do is plug it into your compter with a USB cable, go to my website and download my POD XT patches and your on your way, you have exactly what I have, all you need after that is soul.

I hav an xteeme noob ? I've been playing guitar fir maybe at least 4 years. I do admit that I don't practice everyday. when you do a full bend upward how do u do it without hitting the string above it???? is it just my control? I also often tend to do an unwanted pulloff to the open string note of the string I'm picking.

but the bigger problem is me hitting the above string??? I dnt get it...

Cut your nails? Only problem I have is a nail flicking the next string. Push hard so the next string runs into the soft part of your finger. I can't be sure it's that, though... to practice bends I spend a while just bending every string at every fret as far as I can, good way to fuck up your fingers so it won't hurt anymore.

There are youtube tutorials on just bending, check em out?

Hey man, the only thing I can think of is that you're too high up on your fingertips, try using the lower part more and get away from the nails. You may not need a trim but the tops of your digits could be giving you the trouble. Hope this helps.

I cutted my nails a bit. It seems to maybe help just a little with hitting the above string but I still dont know how people bend a string, than pull off there finger without actually purposely doing a "pull-off" guitar technique, I cant make any physical sense out of it..does anybody have a link to a good lesson video that can help with this specific issue of mine?.....maybe its also my control, string type or action of my string idk..
