  • wow! just took a huge step by watching this video. thanks man!

  • great video!! =D except my reaction after was more like "huh?" so, ummmm......any tips?

  • may i know why Cmaj 13 consists of C, E ,G, B 7th , D 9th then last note 13th A?

    particular the B7th D9th and 13th A

  • Great lesson, This is the real stuff , chords are every thing.

I know my CAGED up to sus 2 and 4 and my other favorite the add 9 chord love James Taylor he used the sus and add 9 chords to make his sounds.

This stuff is very hard for a person just starting please buy a capo and learn the CAGED system, easy to play the chords with a Capo and in some ways it is meant to be played with a Capo, play less scales and more chords LOL

  • wow. nice but confusing

  • brilliant video!

  • carl, I'd be honest, by watching this video, I feel dumb :D thanks carl, great video :)

  • @jankrix

Same here man! I only understand 50% of what he said.

  • @jankrix LOL.. Just watching the video alone without the supporting study materials could be pretty confusing. If you find this lesson on my site in the (Lesson Archives - Jazz Guitar univ. section.), you can read about what other studies I think you should read in on my site in order to get the most out of the video. Hope this helps a bit!! :)
