Grrr, OTG man, I love your videos but this one made me rage. I sure hope you guys figured out at some point that you could not only spawn two different cars and fire the main gun by yourself, but that you could also just sit back on the ramp and fire at the enemies from there. I usually use the second option and the only thing that can hit you is the Psychos throwing their axes.

@Pengalor i agree, and you can lock your rockets ont enemies! agghhh, the game isn't stupid, OTG, you just dont notice things, there are many places you could've gone over walls, etc, but you just figured you couldn't without trying....

Using the car's Lock-on and machine gun is how i beat this battle :)

i actually find it more accurate against moving targets than the rockets.

Man, that mission was balls. You either have to find a cheap way to fight em (like hide behind shit and fire through it) or spin in circles while firing and hope they dont hit you.

Not really a test of skill, more like a test of finding loopholes.

during the boss battle, i hit one of the runner spawns on the ramp to make a bridge so i could get back up, then i ran to the middle to activate the fight then i went back. camped there. and used rockets. u may think i'm a coward, but it worked!!!

I actually found a spot along the walls to stand where enemy rockets can't hurt you, so you're totally safe from them while you plink away at their vehicles. To those who are going to say that that's lame and cheap, this boss fight really sucks for a solo game so I HAVE to be cheap.

I have to agree. I think otg just said it sucked b/c he performed poorly at it. Usually, this is the case. In hind sight, he probably enjoyed the challenge. He just felt it was cheap since it was challenging skill beyond player strength.

Tip: Don't shoot a rocket into an enemy vehicle while you are mounting it as that just frags yours. Better yet, let one person shoot the rocket while you evade. You just kept crashing directly into them. haha, oh well. <3.

Perhaps you should of not gone over the ramp, and just fired hull up over that ramp. Take a retreat when you get low on life. It wont work the first time, because it requires you go over that ramp, but once respawned it should work.

Mad mel is really easy if you do the right "tactics"

Just take a car with 2 people, drive in a circle and change direction every so often, you won't get damaged, and if you do then that was a lucky shot.

You can either have the other guy shoot from the turret or snipe from the edge of the arena

With 2 people you CAN spawn 2 cars actually. OTG and Claire each in a car with rockets :D

im not sure if otg knows this yet or not but you can shoot rockets when you are just by yourself. its the right mouse button. but if he does know this by now then just move along then there is nothing to see

Hm... strangely enough, I don't think I even lost my vehicle to this fight.. then again, I was playing by myself again, and I was using the vehicle's lock-on system to launch rockets right at the cars without aiming.

It did give you warning about bringing a car into that circle actually. The quest itself mentioned that Mad Mel was deadly in a vehicle, hinting that you need to bring a car. Plus, there's a vehicle station right outside the place.
