Well, to those very very close fans of the franchise, we know we cannot cross anyone out as dead unless we see them take their last breath, in Saw 1, Zep shoots Tapp who then falls to the floor, and that's all we see of him ever again, and now he's back, it makes sense, if he can survive a slit throat, then he could easily survive one bullet wound, 50 Cent got shot nine times, right? lol
