  • Nice painted boots xD.

  • @TGOD303 no!

  • if i was you id just delete this video just cause all people do is hate on ya cause of it

  • Mine are miles better... NJROTC bitch slap.

  • @sceintistforGod NJROTC??rofl thats a bitch slap itself

  • Wow.. They're amazing :)

  • @YunGxBallistiics hey fuck tard, if you weren't so stupid that you think the word (you) is spelled "u"

(you) would realize that i did put a instructional video in my library. so go suck a dick

  • ur nasty ass shoes u son of a bitch thats the only way that u can get people to subscribe u pussy

  • @gigles263 go suck a dick

  • My Sgt was fond of saying "A toe shine is no shine".

The whole boot should have an equal gloss.

But the toe and heel does look good. Well done.

  • Im an NJROTC cadet here in the US, I can polish my shoes so that you can see the reflection of the print on the pages of a book

  • haha spraypaint

  • You don't have to shine the whole boot to a mirror but it shouldn't be raw leather. Plus where it is somewhat shiny, it isn't at all smooth.

  • You must have very strong wrists to enable a shine like that

  • My NJROTC shoes are exactly like that on the entire shoe. they look like corfams

  • How about you shine the whole boot?!?!

  • Yeah yeah. How long did it take you to get that good?

  • hey, does it matter how old the kiwi is? i have a can from a few years ago, but im wondering if i should get a new one... yours look amazing man.

  • @bambz89 id get a new can, the oils can dry out

  • my arseholes shinier than them

  • @tiberseptim100 if you can do beter then post a video

  • Just open that can of Kiwi, ain't no bird in there gonna bite ya.

  • @Postie218 this shine is with kiwi

  • not the best boot

  • how do you do it i have tryed to do it but it does not work ??

  • I bet those boots are goning to fall apart at any second. All you need is a kiwi cloth, warm water, can of black kiwi shoe polish and a little elbow grease.

  • @ShadowDeathBl1tz nope look at the date on the video, these boots are siting in my closet and are still in perfect condition

  • @ShadowDeathBl1tz Elbow grease is hard to find, although you can usually find it at stores that sell Prop Wash.

  • how

  • Soldiers aren't heroes, but their pretty shoes remind me of home. (:

  • Wow. People who comment here need to learn how to spell. Great looking shine. I'll use the method for my uniform boots (Sacramento Police Academy.)

  • i used it !!!! but i didnt tape it lol my unit says i have to polish the whole boot! anyway great advice!!!!!! thankss a bunch

  • my girlfriend does shoe shine my shoes no boot polish just her cruntch

  • wat boots are they ?

  • I can do that but i don't wanna

  • Its a nice shine but its burn shined,

Advantages- Easy Quick shine looks really good

    Disadvantages

    - Boot Cancer Notice the spot between the toe (shinny) and the laces is all cracked over time Burn shinning will do this to your whole boot.

-Your boots could littarly just fall apart, if you burn one of the threads in your boot its not f***Ed

    - Once you burnshine once you cannot get your boot looking better than that.

  • @CF314 i dont know what your talking about the shiny part is the ONLY part that has been polished...ever

it takes and idiot to damage your boot with burning. jsut dont burn the same spot for more then 5 seconds at a time.

Does it get much beter then burn shining?

  • so how do i do it?

  • Rodan, that is nice has hell. You should make a ironing and creasing video.

  • It so happens i had the best creases in the wing, but im not in ROTC any more, however i"ll consider it

  • @rodan9 cool. I have the best uniform in my CAP squadron, which I'd love to improve.

  • @rodan9 Just used this method on a pair of shoes I have been trying to shine for literal months. Getting everything ready for a Wing conference in november for CAP.Inrecidble method saved me 60 bucks on buying preshined shoes at my local BX. Shinier than any other cadets.

  • @USAFFuturePilot Im glad your found it usefull :)

  • @rodan9 It is a really good method, think I might even tell the method to some of cadets who don't shiney shoes all time, but do polish. Shits awesome.

  • sorry but my sargent would have thrown those away :S <-- Norwegian royal guard

  • well your sargent can kiss my ass, no offence

  • but why wouldn't it work with Brits boots?

  • lol i have those boots i stoled them from some store

  • You are a tribute to modern society

  • non of that shit , oh boy

  • well done mine don't look half that shiny

  • you think this shit is going to get you laid?

  • i get a shine like that when i kick my gal in the cruntch

  • my booots are better

  • hey man im just telling you theres a way to get the whole boot shined in under 20 mins and im in afrotc and i dont just do the toe

  • @roguemarine95 Will you help me? Im in AFROTC and i need help shining my shoes for my next inspection. I need them mirror shine, im 16 and really care about my shoes im the only girl core commander who does not have them shined will you help please?? my inspection is this thursday

if you have any other questions mail me

  • Shit.

  • iv seen way better than that u tit

  • i dont care, go fuck yourslef

  • I've know a number of guys that get it this good with just kiwi. So believe the guy's that's doing it

  • I have known a number of guys that get a shine like this with just kiwi. So believe this guy that's doing it. Take note all you skeptics.

Bilyod2002@yahoo.com Email to me welcome. I have a shoe fetish.

    Bill

  • Your right shoe is definitively shinier than your left...

  • lol squidbillies in the background

  • @madgaz00 To be fair to the man he has put effort in By the way he is using regular polish not parade just normal stuff

  • only marines had there leathers like a mirror ANCO's would some times leave the polish on,with no buff.

  • its an ok boot i guess...but i have my entire boot as of the same shine,

  • Wtf man!? Why do you have that line on your boot. I hate that shit. I dont think youve got that line with just regular polish, It should be more blended. ANd also they could be alot shinyer :)

  • look at pomme843's comment that pretty much sums it up.

plus thats just not how the air force does it

  • @JRLJOHN sorry man he did wright i do the same with mine ok kid try it they did that in ww2 just polish nothing

  • @JRLJOHN look man he did wright i do the same with just polsh in ww2 they did just with polish i have ww2 boot and get that shinny

  • @JRLJOHN I heard from a friend that supposedly it looks better if you put masking tape on your boots before you start polishing them(hence the line) its probably just personal preference, i dont do that

  • hey this worked amazingly well for the people who dont beleive this well you suck i give it a 10 out of 10

  • ya kiwi polish and a lighter,

  • what the fuck is on the TV?

  • squidbillies

  • Nice but the polish doesn't cover all the boot ;P

Well I guess you wanted to show when it is polished or when it isn't ;P

  • I was in the Norwegian Royal Garde for a year, and we did our boots like that. Took a regular marching boot and polished (is that what you call it in English?) the tip/front of the boot using sanding paper. Used finer and finer paper until the tip was smooth like plastic, and then just polished with cloth, shoe polish and water until it shone. Repeated on the hind of the boot, but not where the heels met when standing at attention. Except we'd usually get finer shine than in this vid. Do you

  • cover the whole boot this spit shining? Or how would/do you do it? The reason you don't cover the whole shoe is that the spit shine would have just eroded and developed cracks where the shoe bends when you walk, since a shoe shine isn't very flexible. At least that's why we only did front, heels and, if you wanted to, other areas that don't flex when you walk or use the boot.

  • why dosent it work well with british boots?

or are you just being funny

  • I think he aded a base coat then just polished it part of the boot

  • you prolly used spray-paint (the glossy one)

  • 'you prolly" cant get your shoes to look this good which is why you would accuse me of that.

maybe you should check out my instructional video , yeah?

  • @rodan9 i did and its awesome!! XD sprry for being a jackass

  • NOT REGUAR POLLISH!!!!!! I noticed the distinctive line after the toe cap meaning you have painted that on, I want to see proof of them being shinned.

    FRAUD!!!

  • no he actually polished these but he used a lighter to get that shine and tape to do that lne there

  • i used tape to get the line idiot.

maybe you should check out my other videos for the instructional video.

    ARTARD!!

  • M8 your so up yourself THEY ARE SHIT !!! we dont want to subscribe, mine are better and you havnt even done the whole boot

  • eat my sphincter

  • what the hell are you talking about they arnt even shiny

  • nice job man

  • how do you get your boots that shiny? sorry i cant subscribe for some reason.

  • This is no shit! ..... THESE ARE JUNGLE BOOTS! SO EASY TO POLISH there synthetic leather thats why i wear them

  • no there not, you have no idea what your talking about

these are standard issue infantry boots

  • Oh right , i know why you say that, im from uk, our standard issue boots are different, and yh i noticed there not jungle boots(no vents) but they are made of the same material,

  • you used fire on the polish (a lighter)

  • i didnt light polish on fire i put the polish on the boots then burned it

  • and you should never do that, it just shows how naieve you are

  • Im a C.A.P Cadet in the U.S. and I respect the british because they are AWESOME. Nice shine.

  • @cedwards94 C.A.P FTW

  • @cedwards94 The British have been shining boots since they have been eating them hauling arse on those long sea voyages.

  • i don't get why they only shine the toes

  • and back

  • well would you like to shine the whole of your boot?

  • Because it keeps the leather in better quality and makes them more waterproof?

  • Hairspray!

  • no its not

  • Good shine! At times i cant find the time to do a good shine. Most of the time i just use the generic polish and brush method on my jungle boots. Im going to miss polishing once i buy ABU's. I cant stand suede boots.

  • fuck with the U.S. we will fuck you up. so shut the fuck up.

  • squidbillies in the background :P

  • British Soldiers have to be able to put a ruler on their boots and reach 12" on it.

you just need to know how ^^

  • 0:18 .....my bad

  • HAHAH 0:20

  • ones more shinier than the other

  • will it work well wit canadian boots ??

  • Good shine, but I've heard that after building up a few layers with regular Kiwi polish, using Parade Gloss will make it look even smoother and shinier.

  • eat shit and die you fucking tea sucking brit fagiot

  • hell yeah

  • what do you mean this doesnt work well with british boots, this is the only way we do our boots,a tip for you though,b4 you even start to bull your boots you need to get take your laces out, polish the tounge, ensure all the creases just behind the toe cap are brushed polished, make sure your welts are polished using a toothbrush and then polish the soles, once thats done then thats when we brits bull our boots, with good ol' kiwie

  • you shouldnt use tape to outline the tooe cap you ment to make it blend in with the fornt of the boot

  • i have drill boots to so they are very shiny

  • loll

  • Polish the whole boot... if you dont they fail inspection.

  • Air-force is toe and heal only dont mention again!!

  • i just got a brand new pair of combat boots and i am having trouble starting them any tips

  • lol my bro had combat boots...srry no tips but just to say they are very hard to pollish

  • For combat boots you should put a lil rubbing alcohol on them first to eat any crap thats on them. Wipe roughly with the large boot brush. Then start your process with polish.. normal kiwi black polish. takes about 3-5 coats before a shine will start to appear, but should look great around 6-10 coats ... beleive me it sucks starting new boots.

  • Mineral spirits, the paint thinner, also works well and dosent dry out the leather as bad as alcohol will. Dont forget to use mink oil before you polish, it conditions the leather, and will keep the boot from cracking as it gets older.

  • You would be very happy with your results working on a pair of Corcoran jump boots.

  • you also only need to do the toe in the fire brigade, you have 2 pairs, the main pair just needs the toes bulling, the second pair, which is the parade pair, are used less often but have to be fully bulled

  • But when are you going to polish the rest of the boot?? Looks like you haven't bothered. I would think that was a creditable effort for a week 1 recruit. Show parades would loom for anyone trying that beyond about week 4 or 5!! Sloppy.

  • Hot Spoon?

  • nice vid tho

heat the polish tho for the first 2 or 3 apps it helps trust me

  • setting the tin of polish on fire will diminish its effect after 3 times burning.

  • The reason fireing the polish screws it up, is it's burning off all the oils and and other stuff in the polish. Definately a waist of polish and a damn lot of time.

  • i subscribed

    .

  • cotton balls+a lil watter +polish +lighter+ buffing = shine ps 2lt us army its not that hard kid.

  • its paint

  • Your retarded

  • maby you should see my instructoional video? hmm

  • you did get a nice shine though bet it was daunting.. must have been to get a great shine...

  • ok mate just because i find nylon brings out the shine in my boots plus my are not the standard drill boots there combat boots and there a bitch to shine! lol btw wb your airforce rank please.

  • why use shitty heat treatment?

teach how to get a high gloss without using a lighter

  • Obviously its not some "shitty heat treatment" if Im getting these results

  • infact mate to buff the boots use tights the nylon heats up the leather i should know that because im and sm (sergant major) nice try kid=]

  • Sorry "sergeant" but I disagree

During the "buffing" process youre not supposed to use heat, only when you apply the polish you use heat. The cold helps seal the polish and bring out the shine. The heat is for building up the polish before shining.

Nylon is a good method but cotton balls are the best way to go, in fact, nylon adds micro scratches to your shine diminishing your work as with cotton it is a smooth shine.

Btw dont call me kid Im 23 years old

    Thanks for commenting

  • i suppose it's an alright method of shining but the best way is with cotton mate=]

  • That's laziness if you only do the heel and toe of the boot.

  • no its regulation

    read up before commenting

  • yes it is, the toe and the heel only need to be done, because the rest of the boot will just crack off and its a waste of effort...and its regulation.

  • also i tried ur method with clear polish. NEVER melt clear polish it completley stripped my boots of ALL thier layers of polish =/

  • you use water and a cotton wool bud and add polish to it...and keep wiping around in circles

  • u do realise you are only supposed to shine the toe of the boot to make it stand out from the rest of the boot

  • yeah that's what i did

your supposed to do the heel too.

  • are you watching porn in the background?

  • ......Squidbillies

  • Only the toe and heel? huh? ok, that's easier! yay!

  • Thats the only part that shines...

  • alright but this better be a guarantee

  • ima cadet iand i subscribed what now

  • mee toooo i need my shoes for tommorow lol

  • those boots are shocking, try looking at the household cavalry boots, try getting a 100x better shine on a boot that goes to your thigh in one night.

  • are you implying that you have done that?

  • yeah, im in the cavalry n have to do it regularly. It involved waxing the boots first then rewaxing each time to keep the boot completely smooth, looking brand new for each inspection.

  • can you acculy see your reflection in like a mirror or is it all fuzzy your reflection?

  • look at the boot

  • What a waste of time that was . I polished them for 8 years and they were a tactical nightmare. Talk about being seen in the moonlight.

  • uhhh... yeah.. forgive me for not leaving in the description that this polish method is not intended for combat lol

  • jesus that's a beautiful shine! do you use panty hose when you buff them or a tshirt?

  • check out my instructional video

and i use cotton balls :)

  • u should try a tshirt i think it works better

  • not with this method :)

  • Very nice shine that would pass my inspection any day of the year. My one question is how long did it take you to learn how to do it. Took me about 2 months to master the art of shining.

  • I used other methods of polishing before this,

iv been polishing for 5 years.

  • Just curious what other methods did you use? I use just a regular spit shine. It usually takes me about 30 to 45 minutes to shine one shoe, cuz they have been shined so much. Thats a long time shining.

  • HUA!

  • hey ive subcribed can u show me how to polish boots like that

  • Don't be such idiots every1 who left a comment-and especially the video maker-it's clearly vegetable oil-ive even done it myslef and once it dries it dont work!!!!!

  • hey retard, before you open your mouth why don't you check out my instructional video on how to shine like this

  • subscrib to what
