If I eat special K cereal with non-fat milk for breakfast, skip lunch, and eat a small salad with light dressing and exercise 90 minutes every day do you think I could lose 25lbs in 5 weeks?
Making me think of how my grandma was photographing me every time I ate two weeks ago...Not as some sort of record, but cuz...well...she's my grandma!
@zoey580225 The real secret is : Workout and eat healthy ! Instead off soda drink water. Instead of meat eat vegetables. Instead off sweets eat fruits. You can still it sweets like "pancakes" but instead of normal flour use whole grain flour ^^
Sometimes I prefer the before cause they were healty already! Take care :)

@Ggggoulart i think most of the girls have an eating disorder. but i also think there are girls who reached this with doing sport and eat healthy. :)
