Believe it or not, he was at my job performing this song last night along with other diddys.....he sounds this good LIVE...i couldnt believe it!! his background singers are TOP NOTCH ffor real....i never tire of this song as it was beautifully arranged...he sounds a little like Raphael Saadiq with his vocal arrangements.

@maevabenie They both are great artists, but just for clarity... Raphael Saadiq came out first... He was a member of Tony Toni Tone in the late 80's/early 90's and as a solo artist in 1995... Rashaan didn't release his first album until 1997...
