When I got into the applications and had to save the USERDATA_1 it said

"The action cannot be completed because the folder or file is open in another program.

Close the folder or file and try again.

@popguck right click to chrome shotcut and in the target space add "--no-sandbox" it worked for me for xp.

i couldnt see user data_ 1 or _2 but just user data and i tried the copy and paste thing for bookmark and.bak on the desktop but it didnt work...im using windows 7...
