Had an 09 for a month krew cab 4x4 4.6 and it was crap competing to my 06 Titan, and why every part on the ford say made in Mexico! Nissan Titan 100% Detroit truck but ford only engine block and half of trany made here rest in borito plants in popcorn land!

Trust me, I have a 4.6 and 5.4, and I would gladly take them over a Titan. Titans a good truck, but it's light and won't last nearly as long.

@UATimka it probably seemed more fuel efficient, but trust me, the titan is NOT more fuel efficient than the '09 F-150. and 160k is nothing for a newer truck. I regularly pull a 6,000lb empty dump trailer, usually with about 1,000lbs of scrap stuff in it, from 3,500 feet to 7,000 feet in in 30 minutes, and back down again, then off to the dump and back. the truck is still completely stock, including brake pads, at 40,000 miles.
I also use it regularly for logging on long mountain roads.

well for one the Silverado has a MUCH better warranty of 100k 5 year ford has 5 yr 60k in essense the ford will go a gauraunteed 60k in the conditions specified in the manual, the silverado will go 100k under their ratings.
