it's on their webpage, education->begin here. they say about $200/sq foot (which is a bit steep) but that's about 50% labour. i assume that means american labour costs and not, say, mexican ones. a guy is building one is south ontario and some news story said it would cost him only 100 000 for 2500sqft? so yeah same prices as building a slightly fancy house of the same size i guess...
what is this? Jamaica's answer to the prison systems? what are they building???
