If he killed someone than they will stop him asap and pay for the damage of the other vehicles and anything else. When police do authorized PITs they do it when it is the safest. While this did damage a few cars, they seemed to be going at slow speeds. Once again, if anything was explained in the audio, I am sorry that I am not able to have it on right now.
