hi this clip is brilliant.of all the westerns this was the best. shame they've never reissued on dvd. by the way sheila i got the outfit i ca remeber it as if it were yesterday

thanks for posting, takes me back to age 11 with our first TV; one of those programmes that had the curtains shut and not a sound on pain of death while Boots 'n Saddles was on..what good was school when I could join the cavalry...but my brother got the outfit....

life for a soldier out west was harsh and dangerous...pay was poor but they cleared the way for westward expansion and the end of a way of life for the native americans
