  • Don't use this company! I called DFI to confirm my return flights home- they confirmed all my flights, but told me to call the airline direct to book a window seat. Just as well I did as one of my flights had actually been cancelled. DFI refused to re-issue my tickets, told me the airline was not open for business (not true), yelled at me on the phone! 7 hours of going back and forth between airline and DFI. I had to pay an extra $500 to get home. Disgusting service.
