What about Andross (first form) from Starfox 64? His attacks are ridiculously easy to dodge and counter, but you can just shoot his eyes to stun him and unload on his hands. and you can shoot a bomb into his mouth to do massive damage. He's the final boss too, so that's pretty unacceptable.
You do realize the majority of these are starting bosses, right? They're supposed to be easy so that those who haven't played before can get used to the controls and battles system. For instance, in Sonic adventure DX Chaos 0 is not only the first boss but the first thing you do period. It was the first game that ever used the homing attack, it hadn't been done before, so they made it easy so people could figure out how it works. And yes I agree with Werty12112, it should have stayed Robotnik.

I have to completely disagree with this list. Most of these bosses are the tutorial bosses, the first bosses in the games they appear in. To say that these bosses are easy is just stating the obvious.
Arrghus of the Water Gate Dungeon all it takes to beat him is your Hookshot to beat him but then Vitreous of Misery Mire Palace is just as easy so i'll say both are easy of Loz: Lttp
bladmaster mode for samurai legend musashi, the bosses die easily because of the 5x damage multiplier, but they are not exactely easy if you mess up as they also do 5x damage, but the skarlet kraken hust walk up to it slash it once then hit the weak point that appears with a powerful 1-hit attack, enemy dies, and the first boss dies after a few hits.
The Goomboss from Super Mario 64 DS should've been on there. All you have to do is run around in a big circle, and when you reach his back you eat one of his goombas and spit it at him as Yoshi.

Titan Joker from Batman: Arkham Asylum, Algol from Soul Calibur IV, Toad Man from Mega Man 4, any boss in Twilight Princess, any boss in Symphony of the Night except Galamoth, Sigma in Mega Man X6, intro boss from Mega Man X2, Bowser in Super Mario Sunshine, and Granga from Star Fox 64 are the easiest I've seen/fought against.
I think the easiest boss I ever thought was rather king kaliente both rounds caus all he does is during the first round he throughs easy to doge flame balls and cocunuts and all you have to do is spin on a cocunut until he doesnt fire back even his minions are weak same as round 2 but he uses ice enemies that act like fire or megaleg he dosent even run after you he only attacks you with bullet bills witch you have to run the into tyhe grand star holder 2 times

The final boss in Grandia I for the PlayStation. He charges moves but all you have to do is a Critical. He'll also has a move but you don't really have to do anything except critical. And if by some STRANGE reason he hits you, it's a random status effect that does no damage(like slow or defence down), seriously, you could do this with your eyes closed. Also Don Flamanco, 1st fight, on Mike Tyson's PunchOut for the NES. Punch blocked, dodge punch, left-right. He's easier than Glass Joe!

One of the biggest pain in the ass bosses I've ever seen is the "eye of Granas" and it's four minions in Grandia II. If all four minions are alive they attack with something called delect attack, you lose half your HP! And that's not even the main boss!

i wuold add barbarus from dq9. the battle was not as dramatic as i thought it would be. and corvus's first form. i usualy hate multiform bosses but he was pitiful in first form. or balzack first form in dq4. and jamirus dq6. and dr snapped from dqm joker. or bowser first battle in super mario 64. or stay puft in the ghostbusters video game. or red in pokemon heartgold. i expected his pokemon to be lv 100. or venom from the spiderman gameboy game. or the jumbo shrimp from spongebob the psp game.
I'm gonna be honest and say that half of this list is BS, because you have more than a few initial bosses, The point of that is to be easy so you get the hang of it.
What about DRacula, the final boss from Castlevania 2: Simons Quest? there is no possible way to be harmed before you fight him, as the level is empty, and loading up on a fire weapon (Forgot its name) and wail at him with it, he dies before he can even do anything!
What about GLAderp from mechquest on the gameshow planet? All of his attacks do nothing, except for the laser, which does damage over time, and he has only 100 health, so I can kill him in 2-3 hits!
Two more easy bosses I can think of came from "Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land". The first one is the boss from Mt. Teapot. All you have to do is hit him and then throw him off the platform; it's even easier if you're wearing the Dragon Hat. Another one is the boss of Sherbert Land. Why? You only need to use the exit door in his room and you automatically win.

i wuold add barbarus from dq9. the battle was not as dramatic as i thought it would be. and corvus's first form. i usualy hate multiform bosses but he was pitiful in first form. or balzack first form in dq4. and jamirus dq6. and dr snapped from dqm joker. or bowser first battle in super mario 64. or stay puft in the ghostbusters video game. or red in pokemon heartgold. i expected his pokemon to be lv 100. or venom from the spiderman gameboy game. or the jumbo shrimp from spongebob the psp game.

What about DRacula, the final boss from Castlevania 2: Simons Quest? there is no possible way to be harmed before you fight him, as the level is empty, and loading up on a fire weapon (Forgot its name) and wail at him with it, he dies before he can even do anything!

What about GLAderp from mechquest on the gameshow planet? All of his attacks do nothing, except for the laser, which does damage over time, and he has only 100 health, so I can kill him in 2-3 hits!

Two more easy bosses I can think of came from "Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land". The first one is the boss from Mt. Teapot. All you have to do is hit him and then throw him off the platform; it's even easier if you're wearing the Dragon Hat. Another one is the boss of Sherbert Land. Why? You only need to use the exit door in his room and you automatically win.
