2. Dump the mobile hospital and get some M3 medic bags.

3. Dump the handgun all together. When are you going to use it anyways? You are a friggen medic!

4. Dump the knee pads.

5. Get some Olive Drab or Tan uniforms.

6. Get rid of most of your pouches.  Six mags should serve you well.

7. Ditch the helmet

8. Move the pouches to the sides. If you keep them in the front, you lay on them. this could possibly damage the mags and it elevates you out of your cover.

Lowest bidder gripe is NOT the issue. It still has to be made to mil spec. So it's most likely design flaw. This is why non-combat personal have no business designing anything alone!

If you want to build the best gear for a combat medic. You grab an experienced combat medic and ask them what they need and make it happen.

As for camo.. ACU is fundamentally fucked. I thought the idea of camo was to BLEND IN! Camo needs to be region specific.

1. Far too much shit attached to the vest, all you really need there is your 3 2 mag pouches, an ifak, a pouch for your night vision, and a pair of trauma shears.

2. If you're on a short road march, and your vehicle is nearby, leave that aid bag in the truck. A drop leg pouch with all your care under fire gear will suffice. If your on a more long term mission, just add any extra shit you need to your ruck.

MultiCam wasn't willing to sell their pattern to the gov't. The gov't wants to own all the patents that we use, and have these patents made by different manufacturers. If we used Crye gear, we'd have all our eggs in one basket so to speak. Same reason why we don't use HK firearms, they aren't willing to sell their patents.
