I can't share this opinion. My ON chair has a normal covered back/seat and it feels comfortable and self adapting. No more backache like on my old one before! It's just great! The only problem I have is to sit on other swivel chairs, when I was on my ON chair before. ;-)
Iam thinking about gettint this chair, but it looks somehow very unconfortable without any cushions. Anyone has this chair and can tell me about it ?

Sit in this chair for more than 5 minutes and you'll regret it. The seat and back feel like sitting on Plywood. Little to no cushioning at all!
Innovative, but terribly uncomfertable!
