  • Nice video, I got the Metropolitan Line from here to Upton Park today!

  • does it get cold down there or do they supply heating? All our stations are outdoors and they provide substandard small heating units that don't do crap....

  • I love its tube shape, the stations in Toronto are ugly only "Museum" station looks amazing

  • i was in london for 1 year long and i have to say - omg i love london underground!!!

  • "This... is a picadilly line service to....... Cockfosters"

  • Wow 73,000 views! I live in Kings Cross and I get on these trains most days.

  • If you don't like the London underground you're probably tired of life itself.

  • i have to change trains there next week im coming from golders green on the northern line and have to transfer to the picadilly line going to russell square are the platforms close?

  • how long is the gap bewtween trains plz?

  • I never fail to be impressed at how long the trains are everytime I use it

  • i hate the tube there! i was there last summer during the world cup and it was like 50 c inside the underground! pffff

    btw its really save!

picadilly circus was a great place!

i liked the big screens! it was RVP RVP AND MORE RVP(robin van persie)

and holland v brasil! and i had a ncie talk with a coca cola guy up there!

almost all the time a was there i walked wit ha dutch squad shirt! :D

  • I love the sound - very unique to the underground trains.

  • Muy bueno

  • Oh, because the reason I am worried, is because I have heard that there are like, gangsters and weird people down there, who pick on people, and steal their valuables, that's why i am worried! lol

  • Thanks for replying back very quickly. Another thing I wanted to ask was, around what time do you normally travel/ or have travelled? Thankyou

  • I have travelled at any time you can imagine. Rush hour, visiting around, night party, commute to the airport at dfferent times... And never I have felt uneasy!

  • Do you think it's dangerous for a 16 year old to be travelling in the underground alone???

  • @iron232

    Not at all!

I found it to be a very safe place.

Obviously, you have to mind your belongings and be alert of any suspicious person. That's all.

  • @iron232 Yeah, it's not really like New York or Washington, D.C. where it can be a bit sketchy at times. London is pretty safe, actually. Just keep a close eye on your things - you don't believe how easy it is to get pick-pocketed.

  • Great Video!

  • @nachoviedo1978 at the end u should of recored the hole ride your camera had perfect quality and HD sounds it was perfect

  • i've been there lol, but i don't like how hot it gets down there, the only time it cools down is when the train approaches you and pushes all the air out of the tunnel.

  • when did you record this video?

  • 2006

  • wow the trains only just fit into the tunnels on the london subway... are they electric? and if so is the electicity on the tracks cuz theres no room for wires! haha.. im in Australia and the closest we have to this is Melbourne and Sydneys underground, but nothing in comparison to londons subways etc

  • Electricity on the tracks

  • wtf thers a driver in underground DLR has no driver it goes automatic

  • Is there a driver in the train or does it go automatic?

  • There is a driver on the underground system.

Automatic trains serve the Docklands Light Railway (East London)

  • Nice video m8 i love the underground cruising around with some jungle music on. You cant beat it =D

  • i don't remebmer it being such empty

  • O the London underground what a great network

  • mandalrex thats right yeah, heathrow terminal 5 most of them but every few goes to terminal 4

  • westbound? these are the traisn that go straight to heathrow terminals correct ? while the other way is cockfosters right?

could not make out was was on that wesbound sign lol

  • mind the gap lol

  • wonder what time this is piccadilly line pltform at kx is never this empty

  • probs very early in the morning 5 or 6am

  • Thanks for the note. I am one of the survivors from the 7/7 train that runs on this line that was bombed. I am pleased that you have remebered those that died in my carriage under the ground. I thank G-D that I survived. Bless you xx

  • OMG I was just at this station! lol

  • one more question :) if i'm taking the Picadilly line from the Heathrow airport to Kings Cross station, after which station exactly do they announce the Kings X?

  • They will make the announcement after passing Russell Square, which is the station before Kings X

  • thank you! and could you also advise if i should purchase a travel card or an oyster card considering that i'm staying in london for a 2 days, but will be coming back for Christmas? (i know it is a very long question, but i'm a foreigner, going to travel to the UK for the first time....

  • If you are back at Christams, then take the Oyster. You can pre-pay so you can top it up as you like it

  • If you are back for Christmas, Oyster much better, as you can use it and use it again

  • If you are back for Christmas, Oyster much better, as you can use it and use it again

  • I have been here! I love the London underground!! :)

  • Dear I have visited New York 2 times,, I really want to See London very much,,, Is London City More Beautiful and appealing than New York.... One thing i Love London is that there is a left hand side driving like India...

Please tell me Is London more beautiful than New York City ,, I wish to See London....... Especially Buckingham Palace.... I LOVE LONDON

  • Rip to the deaths who died between Kings Cross and Russel Square in 2005

  • 10 times a week for the last 23 years during rush hour i've done this sh1t on this awful, overpriced, filthy, unbreathable, souless underground system where you are rammed in like cattle and usually have to wait 3 trains to get on one. Watching this is like having a nightmare.

Want to go one stop single? that will be £4.

Its disgusting. Only acceptable station is on the dockland route for the rich bankers comfortable commute.

  • I love it! Its a really friendly place! It must be with all those people together!

Seriously though, if i lived and worked in London, I would cycle there and back because, lets face it, London is flat; no hills to cycle up.

Just last week, i got off the overground at Highbury and accidentally went through the gates, which took the remained of my oyster card (silly me) - it cost £2.90 to go to KingsX from there in rush hour!

    I still love London though.

  • Rip to the 31 deaths here in 1987.

  • Good vid. Pity we didn't arrive at the next station!

  • Dude it's like An AMerican Werewolf in Lodnon Again!

  • I was this station!:D:P;P

  • muy bueno para conocer nuevos lugares.

i'd like to see Picadilly Circus at night....

  • =))))))))))))))oh please

  • Hiiiiiiiiiiii mes souvenirs, c'était super ce voyage... !!!

  • Love the underground, since im 25 miles north of London, been on it a lot.

  • Ok, and which commuter train company do you use to London? Do you take First Capital Connect or Natioanl Express East Anglia?

  • First Capital Connect.

  • How far is it to commute to work, because In London people travel far and spend lot of time for commuting, Life is very fast Praise God

  • Well, a London commuter railway line generally covers 80-200 km (the double in crossrails, like Thameslink). Here in Stockholm they only cover about 75 km/line (from corner to corner, since all the lines are crosslines)(That is the Stockholm commuter rail). It's completely unfair.

  • i like it when the air hits your face before the train is coming is like a huge wind :)

  • -response to yaz400-

    Me too, I just can't breathe :x

  • looool......bless u

  • great camera work!!

  • me too! :( this video actually made me cry...i called my friend sobbing!
