@gogleistscheise1 - Perhaps in an out-house or a small composting toilet. In small boats they sometimes use portable chamber pot type toilets. You're missing the point of the exercise though. If you think it needs indoor plumbing you should take it up with Google since they created the judging criterion for the competition two years ago. Perhaps you could walk down the hill from this proposed site to the Monastery and ask them the same question. I'm sure they would let you use their toilets.
