@gullitks For references I always (when possible) act out my shot and film myself. That's how I got the acting references for these two shots.

And to make the scene and atmosphere even more interesting, perhaps a slight reposition from the right to left, work with the whole body there, the legs could add so much more :D

Hey Stephie! I like this piece alot.

Have you thought about his left hand(including the fingers) and arm? It's a bit too static in around 8-12

You did a good work on the hand accent and fingers there at the beginning, but then I felt like they froze later on. :)

I would love to see more hand accent there with the cup in hand. :) Perhaps a slight and settle swaying with the mug ^_^

-Yes, I did 3D before AM.

-Nope, I had never worked with maya before. I only learned how to animate in maya through AM. (That's why I did my short in XSI which I knew more)

-I can't say it was hard to get into AM, my English was good enough to take the classes and I presume they liked my letter of intent. ^_^ I hear they are a bit more selective now though.

Keep working hard then :), Pixar seems to be the toughest place to get into but from the people I talked to who work there, it`s definitly worth it. Good luck :)
