Incredibly rare. I remember the first time I saw him use the SynDrum he (mercifully) included in his set up for a few weeks in the late 70's. It was dumb, but he had fun with it. Thanks for posting.

I just bought a set of these today at a garage sale... I would NEVER EVER have guessed that Buddy Rich would have played them.
Of course, he could make two sticks and a tin can sound good.
