Hyper-V Server Install on Dell PowerEdge R805 Demo Video

Hi. A question to those who tried it: how's the supported hardware list? I'm assuming there isn't really a GUI for extra driver installation if it isn't recognized out of the box. Is it sort of like the ESX story, that the hardware has to be just right?
