...Y'see...I tried to download Tyrian 2000, but couldn't get the sound to work, so-ahh...doesn't matter. I still love that first level song. "Doo do dooo do do doo do doo do doooo! Doo do dooo do do doo do doo do doooo!"

Use DosBox (and a frontend, like DosShell), and run the config program. You may need to actually select ports for your soundcard, something no man has had to do for almost a decade, but it's not hard. If I can figure it out, damn near anyone can. Seriously, I'm amazed I can use computers without causing them to spontaneously detonate...
