She really doesnt play that different which is disappointing she needed some nerfs.

I dunno if you're looking at the HP bar, but her damage output is terrible now. I saw her use a 100% heat and like 2-3 gauges in another video and it looked like she barely did 4k damage. A lot of her mix ups and combos are gone or straight up broken now. If they nerfed her anymore she'd be garbage tier.

Ummmmm........I don't know about you (and I'm no Rachel expert), but did you see the damage output when she dealt that 35 hit combo? 0.0

That combo black beat at the end when George hit. Also, the damage for that combo looked maybe a little above 3k.
CT- it's easy for her to do 4-6k combos. 4kish combos no heat. Above that you'll need heat.
CS- her damage output so far doesn't break 4k. I think the most damaging combo found so far is 3.5k. And that's using heat. If you look at how much her super did in that combo, maybe 300 damage.

Even so. She's playable. Just she's going to work a lot harder because of how bad a lot of her normals are.
Her strength is her damage output and her mixup/oki game. Both of those got nerfed (though damage got nerfed more than oki), so we'll see how she pans out.
Not going to be nearly as strong as before. It looks like in CS a lot of her game will revolve around traps and set ups. But... at least with mid-air sword iris she'll be more versatile in the air, and she was given a reversal DD.
