I was at a show in the '80's when an idiot threw a jagged edged crushed aluminum can at Paul. (He was hit with a bottle once & still has the scar near his eye.) Paul stopped the show, picked up the can & said this is a gift from an asshole while pointing at him. Gene jumped over the barricade, grabbed the punk & pulled him over the barricade onto the stage, handing him to Paul! Paul held him by the shoulder, said he was a jerk & handed him to security. This is the reason why Paul Stanley is the only member of Kiss that I don't like. It's not just about the laser either. The thing is, this is Paul, and Paul has always had an attitude problem. He trys to pick a fight with someone at about half of the shows that he and the rest of Kiss perform. He is a little more laid back now, but I wonder if that's because he has just mellowed with age, or if it is because he knows that most any man would be very capable of beating the shit out of him now.
