The director, Mark Travis, started with the line about eyes staring at them in the darkness, and went with a primitive, "animal" feel. The "Castle" was a dank, drippy, jumble of rocks, and the costumes were pagan. He wanted a raw look to match the raw way each of the characters treated each other.
i love this show, and this looks like an incredible concept. could you expalin it to me a little more? It just looks so absolutely briliant, but the trailer really doesn't do it justice.
