IBM were most suited to ryanair for 2 reasons.......1. they are the cheapest and 2,they are the cheapest. I worked for Ryanair for 4 years,1 word to describe them...greedy.

Why not include a seat allocation application? That would have been a simple addition and reduced a lot of customer frustration.
