It's pretty funny that everyone is talking shit about PS3 and Xbox 360 when the jump wasn't even done on either consoles. It is a PC jump, that can only be done on PC with increased framerate which allows you to jump increasingly higher. The Xbox runs a 60-65 fps, this video was probably shot at 250 FPS. Correct me if I am wrong.

You are correct. But it isn't as easy as simply increasing the framerate and you'll jump a lot higher... If you can get 125, 250, or 333 FPS it tricks the engine into making jump slightly higher (1 to 3 UNITS which isn't vey much). And yes, 250 FPS was used here. If you use anything else than those 3, you will jump the same as normal.
