Puerto Morelos Mexico #1 - Best kept secret of the Mayan Riviera

I don't know what it is..maybe someone else can define it better - Puerto Morelos is just one of the nicest places I have ever visited but unfortunately I never get to spend more than one day here - heartbreaker. Quiet, peaceful ..there is a vibe in the air that calls you back. It is paradise. This is also the nicest beach anywhere - flat, wide, well maintained, never crowded, and the reef keeps the shallow water very calm. We caught the full moon here ..pure heaven. Romantic beyond belief.

no usen el cajero automatico vallan al banco,me robo 5000 pesos, y tardo un dos semanas en devolbermelos mi banco!!!Don't use the ATM, go to the bank, it took 5000 pesos from us and my bank took two weeks to gave it back. anything else it's just paradise!!

You have to start with the Pelicano Restaurant. From the steak to the mexican ice cream the food is excellent, the people incredible and it's pretty hard to beat the ambiance - sitting on the edge of the water - catch a full moon here and this place qualifies as one of the most romantic places on this coast. Tomorrow I leave for 5 weeks in Mexico - 2 days from now I will be eating steak in the Pelicano and snorkelling this piece of the reef the next day. I'll have more suggestions then. ;)
