Well, the STP tour he played like the Straits time. Fast beat on songs, fast and precise licks... all the goods of DS time. After 2002 the lyrics and his voice are much better. He play a different guitar now, like an old man. its natural. So the Les Pauls are better to him now

I preffer his songs now, like KTGC and GL albuns.

But some songs simply not work anymore.

And he breathes better with a Les Paul, his favourite guitar nowdays!

I agree. Not a huge fan of his solo work, but this song really reminds me of the heights of Dire Straits, great pace, musicianship and memorable guitar riff.
