AH this scary face ! it comes from a problem of de-interlacement from the original footages, Premiere Pro is disturbed with mpeg 2 !
It wasn't on my timeline when I made the montage, I really tried to remove it. but when I exported it, It was there. Finally the effect is as you said, disturbing !!
