  • @JamesSy

Yeah.. I personally believe that its the

    most popular muscle building programs

online today for a very good reason unlike

many other programs, there's a lot of science

behind this one. Thats why I decided to try it

myself and was happy with the result. Anyway,

    its in the site

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • Its 2012....

  • damn

  • what impresses me here is your ability to lay down on the hot hot concrete on a sunny afternoon... anyway, you're hotter than the concrete. :)

  • Once you have mastered this then what kind of exercises should you do

  • What's that about a boat?

  • Oh hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker lost a lot of weight with it.

  • If you don't have something to hang off of, like me, I just kept my arms right out infront of me while doing the first two exercises, hopefully that's ok, Scott?? :)

  • @geetarzan69 LOSERRRRRRRRRR <3 ahhaa

  • this is a troll video, right?

  • All about lighting :)

  • @abc12320091 it's just the lighting of outside since the shadows goe over the front of his body, you cant the the definition as much

  • hes right its for beginners lol

  • im 14, always been overweight, going to highschool soon nd want to get in shape b4 the year starts. any tips on how i can maximize the effectiveness of my workout?

  • @NikkiGrimm, try running for about 20 minutes or do some other cardio workouts for a while before starting to workout with weights, You'll double the amount of calories you'll burn when working out. If you are overweight, I suggest you do cardio workouts a little more than weight workouts, because those are the ones that will burn fat. Also remember, that a good diet is probably the most important thing that will keep you in shape, so remember to eat well and healthy.

  • @NikkiGrimm Start off buy cutting out junk food and fast food. Slowly...its not healthy to lose too much weight at once. Try walking every night with ankle weights or something. :) walk are always nice

  • thanks bro!

  • Do you still have the best abs on the east coast?

  • sorry to bother you bro but i was going to ask if you could help me out please i im 16 i started going gym for like 8 months now but i dont see any big differances is there any mad programs you know that will help me alot...for example what to eat at what time.. what body part to train on what days i mean i go gym 4 times a week so if you could help me please it would mean alot

  • Even if one is advanced you should try doing this. I used to be a dancer and at times would take a beginner class to help my body remember the very basic movements for more advanced steps, it was harder than it looked, and I found that when I went back to faster classes my body actually felt stronger and more centered, don't underestimate the basics, your body can and will learn tricks to get around the harder exercises.

  • Your not a virgin are you?

  • Hi Scott. This is good.but would really help if you let us know what specific muscles are being targeted whilst you perform the exercises?

  • scott, do you have a job, or do you make alot of money modeling and doing this?

  • Hey I'm a medium sized person and trying to get fat and particular diet like protien or something inbox me if you can thanks

  • Oh goodness, I remember watching the be a 10 in 2010 at the beginning of the year. Well, I shall try again in 2011!

  • @hopefullylisa 2011 is going to be a great year!!! :)

  • @ScottHermanFitness be a 11 in 2011

  • @abc12320091 it's the light

  • @abc12320091 they never left

  • Couldn't take my eyes of your chest in this vid! Loved the vid Scott!

  • hey scott ill say this is like a warm up dont u think? i mean i do most of those before i satr my work out, u see im 25 year old guy i have bein goin to the gym for about a year and i dont really see much differens in my muscle i mean i got stronger but my mass still about the same, what exercises do u recomend me to do to boost my testoteron? help please

  • @MrGDiablo I have the exact same problem, on a 5k calorie a day diet, protein shakes all the time, worked out 4 times a week... I got stronger, and lost 3lbs over 6months and saw NO growth Only tone... I think for us skinny guys we have to take something to gain mass, our bodies just burn it right off or we just reach our peak waaayyy too soon!!

  • is the workout super or is it super beginner? looks super beginner haha. super duper

  • Aw those poor shorts are gone!

Thanks for going back to basics. Really helped!

  • Thanks to encourage us to exercise! Please make a video aimed at people who have problems to gain weight. As you asked, you are in my favorites!

  • Cool found it.

  • excellent tips, apperciated the positions advice where I need to watch out how important the posture is and useful excersises I can use while stuck at work

  • I'm just starting out working out. I'm pretty skinny, 160 pounds, 6'1". I don't really have a lot of muscle either. How long should I do this workout before I start using weights? A week or so?

  • Great program! Thanks. I have been doing lots of aerobics, but really needed a program like this. How often can I do it? Since it's not weight bearing, can I do this daily?

  • Thank you Scott!! I know Cliff has told you about my health issues and this workout will be perfect for me to get started!

  • Hey Scott I should had done this routine before jumping to other ones. I'm starting to work out and I did 1 complete set of your thanksgiving work out and it been two days and I'm all sore. I told myself I was going to make this routine every two days but my whole body hurts a lot. Should I continue doing the other one or start this one?

  • 1:04 about the door. I bet that came to his mind because it happened to him before. LOL

  • hey scott i've began working out after a few months of being a lazy ass, i love your videos but i was wondering, can you make a play list composed of videos you've filmed for beginners? Also a suggestion of mine would be in the beginning of the video give us an intro of all the exercises you'd be doing in a video where you're showing more than one type of work out. kind of like an intro to what we're gona view.

  • I watch these videos with the sound off...

  • great vid scott, wonderful to see some exerc's a beginner like me can try without getting discouraged. Thank you & the people helping you getting it on cam.

  • Good job everyone who is doing better and improving themselves. These are very functional movements and can be used anywhere for the rest of your lives to stay in shape. You guys make scott and I proud!

  • Dude your pecs are uge!!! I kinda just wanna.....run up and just....prod them!

  • How many of them blue shorts do you have or don't you wash them ;)

  • Does he have videos on nutrition. I'm 18 and Im basically just skinny which I here is how he started out. So I'm looking to, ideally, have a physique similar to sean's. Yes, I do know everyones body is different, and for my birthday I finally have the ability to go to a gym so. Yeah are there any?

  • hello scott

I like this video I want you to do one in th same style but for the house please thank you in advance

    friendly

    François

  • could u do a video for targeting the inner thighs???

  • groovy

  • hey scott, watching your videos gave me the motivation to start working out, i purchased the P90X work out videos and they help a lot, they do move that i havent seen you do and i dont have to use the GYM, thanks for motivating me

  • looks like the dude from real world lol

  • @felixpuncrocoi thats him from real world bk

  • @felixpuncrocoi lol that's him

  • Scott, if you get a tan this summer and do a video posing bodybuilder style (maybe with oil), I guarantee it'll get huge view numbers.

Are you doing anything special for your pecs these days? They look especially awesome.

  • @007ObiWan just what I always do :) working on my tan :)

  • P90x is great...very motivational and tough

  • i thought about either doing p90x or insanity, but ima just get off my ass like i have been lately and run and do a workout here and there, lol and eat good

  • Scott I teach aerobics classes and my body is great but I still can't seem to get rid of a small amount of belly fat..I work out and do weights 6 days a week...What kind of diet could I do to get rid of that? I know this is a problem for most males my age

  • @Trippleg1993 Let me know when you find this out. I am 37 and I can't seem to get rid of it...grrr

  • @machineaow I know I'm 35 and it's annoying...no fat any where but my stomach..even tho it's a small amount it's more than I care to have..I do not eat horribly but I could always improve but i'm not trying to starve either..lol

  • Hey Scott just saw a video demo of your mealplan...where it says breakfast: yogurt, oatmeal, kiwi, scrambled egg...is that suggesting that said person has to eat ALL of these in one sitting?? Doesn't that kind of conflict with the motive of eating small portions of food every couple of hours?

  • you got way stronger

  • Thank you for the videos, they're always awesome. ;)

Ps. What's the difference between do the exercices three times in a row and three times NOT in a row?

  • great beginner vid Scott! great job as always, thank u!!

  • Thank you very much for your obvious dedication, knowledge and demos. One very fine quality you offer is the ability to communicate well to a beginner or the more advanced workouts. Kudos!

  • Wassup Scott, ima big fan of yours ! i recenty just started working out for about 7 weeks now. i am starting to see a difference then how i looked 7 weeks ago except my chest, i do know it has got way stronger and hard as a rock, but thats just the top, not the bottom. what's the best way to get rid of Man Boobs? i really hope you have enough time in your hands to help me out with this one question. THANKS !

  • @PuZzLeZ17 check out my chest exercise video to see a few ways u can hit it and also check out scotts other chest workout vids for ideas

  • Hey Scott .. How tall are you ?

    François

  • This summer I am going to follow your routines, I've only watched a couple videos but I'm already in. I always want to get in shape really bad, but I'm just real lazy, now i got this as motivation. I'm going to record from day one also then at the end of the summer post a whole progress thing up.. and I'm really hoping this works.. I'll be in touch.

  • Your chest looks awesome on this video.!

  • Scott the blue pants are the ones that gives you strenght????

  • yo Scott the blue pants are the ones that gives you strenght????

  • you should make a video about proteins and supplements; how to choose them. I dont know if you're an expert at this but hope you can give us some tips about that topic since i know there's a lot of questions people want to ask

  • I have a huge question Scott. I've been working out at home for about almost 3months. I have 20lbs weights, I weigh 130, i'm 19 yrs old, and I do ab workouts as well. I have seen great results doing normal exercises at home!!. I normally do 4 sets of 25 reps. However, i'm starting to have trouble getting bigger chest & arms. I only do pushups for chest, and bicep curls for biceps. any tips??? or should I just be patient? please help me out & thank you! you're awesome man!!! keep doing great work

  • @BBlivefeeds your too skinny.

  • @DragonoX2 that didn't answer my question, but thank you! :)

  • @BBlivefeeds I'm not an expert but I think increasing the weight even if you can do 3 sets of 5-6 reps should help. Also, eat good amount of calories and increase your weight upto 150-160 pounds ( Im assuming you're male, ht 5'6'-5'8" ). and ofcourse increase the variety of exercises. dont limit urself to pushups n curls. :)

  • @crazymurga thank you. Yeah i'm 5'8'. I eat good amount of calories. I just have to start doing cardio! I'm so lazy when it comes to cardio!! :(

  • @BBlivefeeds Time to upgrade your 20s to 25s or 30s!

Otherwise you can make the exercises harder by changing the timing. For example, on the biceps curls, lift and lower the weight slower, 3 seconds up and 3 down for example. On your 4th rep hold the weight for 5 seconds at peak contraction. For pushups, learn how to start doing one arm pushups, or elevate your legs onto a chair or bed. Lastly, you may be overtraining those muscle groups and it may be time to train supporting muscles!

  • @vigilantezack Thank you!! You helped me out a lot. I'm going to start doing the bicep curls lower and slower. Also, I recently started doing elevated pushups (with my legs on a chair), that's really helped a lot. I find it more difficult, therefore making it better for my chest (hopefully). Any recommendations on cardio? How much am I supposed to do, when and what? That's what i'm lacking. I'm lacking cardio excercise. I'm going to start next week though!

  • @BBlivefeeds If you are trying to build muscle, don't overdo the cardio, as going for too long can be catabolic on muscle (body eats muscle for energy). However, cardio is still great for improving lung and heart muscles, blood flow, etc... So try to go out and walk for 2 minutes, then jog for 1, walk for 2, jog for 1 and repeat about five times. If that's too easy, do run instead of jog. If that's easy, increase run time, lower walk time. Find a sweet spot that gets your heart going good!

  • scott im having trouble getting bigger arms...any tips ? :D

  • @mchief101 check out his full bicep workout and also the tricep workout. Those should be really helpful to you :)

great videos thou, your clear and good explanations inspired me to actually do something for my body muscles !

  • Scott....I started these a few months ago and they are GREAT!! Easy to understand and do. Thanks!!

  • do these exercises just tone? btw, does he ever sweat. ive seen him go red as a beet but never any sweat.

  • @smilecuzuhav2 the exercises aren't for toning. it's a beginner routine which helps the muscles to get used to exercises. but if you do this workout as a circle it will help you to tone muscles because you will burn fat. but if you're already working out you should try his other "Be a 10 in 2010" routines. this is for beginners ;)

  • Yeah scott really good videos!,, 5 stars cause its you!
