Hi LauraBeachnut, not having seen your video, i can only say, some providers complain, and request removal, some don't. For example, Prince's reps, never allow. Some music publishers allow use, but require ads.

Whether or not vids get taken down, seems to be largely a question of luck. i wish i could be of more help in answering your question, but that's pretty much all i know.
