Agree with your comments, especially the 2 directed by Wes Craven being the best of the series (although I hugely enjoyed the very entertaining splatter-fest FREDDY VS JASON). PART 5 DREAM CHILD is improved somehwat in the unrated edition, sadly not made available by New Line, although I will say even uncut it's still a lesser entry.
Yes,love the first one,a true classc,thought the second one was ok,but,agree with your opinion,Dream warriors i liked.i cant remember much about the others,i got freddie vs jason but not seen it yet,although clips on you tube made me buy it.Great review...did you see robert englund in the phantom movie...that was excellent .
Are you kidding? The makeup in part three is wey better than the rest of the series. It goes strait down hill from there. Part three probably has the best makeup give or take an opinion. I mean, the rest of them looks so fake. Looks like just a pull over peice of cheap latex. Especially part five. Come on man! It dos'nt need to be a fresh looking burn, but any real Freddy fan knows what I am talking about. Make it look more than just a pull over to get by.
