Jeez, I can't understand how come some parts are graphically great (e.g. the horses), yet the animation really shouldn't even be there. Raster PS/painter art sucks for animating, and most of the motion ends up being extremely stiff. The artist is pretty good, he just did a lousy job at turning his comic into an animatic esque video. Being able to do still art does not make you an animator, it takes motion and life-alike movements implemented.
