  • theerre sso cute

  • what's this music called

  • What drills would you have for conditioning for a glide swing?

Focusing more on Hip Flexor conditioning. I have the stomach muscles but I always tap the floor in the middle of my glide swing...not at the far end of my glide swing but right in the middle of it.

  • A gymnast who is ready to learn a kip should already know what hand position to use. What the heck is that at the end??? Your thumbs are supposed to be on the same side as the rest of your hand

  • @AsianShorty123 That may be something your coach has told you, but that's a matter of preference and not a requirement.

  • Will share with my entire staff! Thanks for sharing.

  • most videos out there on training gymnast are pretty bad, but you sir have my respect. from a fellow coach

  • Thank you SO much for sharing these videos!!! best videos I've seen so far :0)

  • next to "The Gymnastic minute" this is one of the best teaching guide for coaches, i´ve ever seen on youtube thank you its reallly helpful, pls keep up the good work!

  • Great conditioning/training videos!!

  • 6:19 to 6:21 !!

    So cute !

  • @FlowUrbanFlow Allow me to quote from your channel "To contact us about all sponsorship offers" I didn't stereotype you at all, I just read your page =p

If you goal here was to be positive and supportive then you failed and how. Anyone who reads your previous posts will see exactly what your attitude was like when I started. Saying you are being positive and actually being positive are pretty different things, let's quote your original post "Wow, gymnasts learn things too slow......"

  • @JAOVideos I took the time out of my day because I was trying to find a video showing the technique on how to kip preferably in slow, not a progression video. I understand that you need to learn things correctly to do them well, but many freerunners just go to a gym and teach themselves things and then take them outside once they feel they have them down. People that watch gymnastics meets can be impressed but freerunner blow peoples minds by doing things that don't seem humanly possible.

  • @FlowUrbanFlow

Hey man your free running/parkour skills are amazing!! And by amazing I mean amazingly bad lol. You have access to a foam pit etc and still your team is so awful? You should drink a fresh cup of STFU because little girls half your age are pretty much shi**ting all over what you guys "taught yourselves" ;) Have a nice day train hard

  • @tehqyv Our foam pit is about two feet deep and we've been train a bit more (but most are less) than a year and are doing professional level freerunning tricks. I didn't unsult anyone, I just said that gymnast learn thing slow. The way you guys may have percieved it to be must have been in a negitive way. I wasn't saying anything bad about gymnasts, I was just pointing out that they learn slow. I know a girl who has been doing gymnastic for about 12 years and is scared to do back handsprings.

  • @FlowUrbanFlow I guess that would be part of the problem.. to make a generalization like "Gymnasts learn slow" is a negative stereotyping and makes you look something straight out of Joketown, USA. Some people learn fast, others learn slow. This is true of all people not just gymnasts or freerunners. If you want to believe you guys are pulling out professional level tricks that is your call, but I wouldn't hold my breath for a sponsorship unless you up your game AND improve your attitude.

  • @tehqyv Improve our attitude? Didn't I just explain that we're about being positive? And saying gymnasts learn slow isn't making a negative stereotype at all, it's just saying that they choose to learn form which is important in meets and what-not where as with freerunning it's all about self expression and no form is required because no one really cares. Granted, some form is a bit required so you can land moves good and combo and so forth. We are pulling professional level tricks. Double flips

  • @tehqyv (She's done them before) Where as I, a freerunner, taught myself to back flip, back handspring, and even double back flip with no help of any kind. The way I intended my comment to be read was in awe because I didn't know that they learn and repeat so many reps before even attempting a possibly easy move. Also, don't call people awful unless you can do what they can and more. The freerunner attitude is also positive. We don't like to argue or be mean toward each other. Lastly, if all

  • @tehqyv these little girls are "shi**ting all over" what we taugh ourselves, then how come at ever open gym session I go to (no matter what gym) all the gymnasts watch in awe and ask me to help them with certain moves? Thank you and good bye.

  • Wow, gymnasts learn things too slow......

  • I absolutely LOVE the one-leg stemme rises. Genius.

  • Very great video! Thank you so much for sharing with everyone.

  • what level are they in

  • great drills!..how many reps and sets do u recommend?

    thank u

  • @victoriamull I try not to teach in terms of a number. I don't want the girl to think she should do "10" of something if she does 10 poor ones just to get done. I want them instead to focus on the quality. If they are not on the station I am spotting, I tell them to get my attention and show me (call my name and ask me to watch). Then I tell them whether it's ready to move to the next step or not. Then we rotate stations after a few minutes so they eventually get everywhere several times.

  • great drills..how many reps do you suggest for each drill?

    thank u

  • is this at aogc??

  • where is this club
