I have an xpole x pert, and I find difficulty climbing up the pole w/o thigh high boots. how are you able to doit with bare skin??? and does the pole scar your skin when you slide down?
How do you keep sitting on that pole I've been trying and trying and trying and for christs sake it doesnt work!! What am I doing wrong? It hurts so bad in my inner thighs and I only weigh 50 kg (100 pounds) its so frustrating to see you do those things so easily haha :) I know you must be practicing every spare second. Any tips for the pole sitting? :(
Great video, I went pole dancing for the first time yesterday with my friend and I must say I was reluctant and just went for my friend, but I actually enjoyed it alot, will definitely keep it up great work out and good fun. It is hard work though and I am aching all over. If you haven't tried it I advise anyone does its top!
Has anyone answered your question? Well, for me, it was the hardest thing I've done in comparison to other fitness programs I've done...BUT the most fun and rewarding. I've developed strength for spins/holds I thought I'd NEVER get. I also learned patience because I want to learn right away but it takes time. If you haven't tried it, DO!!!
@domoent800 yes it is hard, u need to put alot of time and effort and prac into it and b prepared to slip and slide :) but it is a amazing workout and theres no better way to build core strength and tone but by using your own body weight :)

ive got a pole at home and practise everyday but i dont feel asif im progressing that fast anymore, how long did it take for you to get like this?

@DncnLdy try to do it without shoes, is a matter of getting used to it , it might hurt at firts but then ull be fine! :)
