This cooling of the ocean slows down the ocean's currents, which can cause the earth to become cold. The excess snow that we've been having is thought to be caused by excess moisture in the air, causes by an increase in overall global temperature. More moisture in the air means more snow. Anyways, check it out. You may find it interesting.

Go Perry! So wise. What a beautiful soul, trying to help people and the environment. I saw Jane's live @ Lollapalooza in 92. Amazing show, so glad they're still doing it! Staying connected with the spirit is so important. I agree with everything he said. And ppl saying he's a 'queer' - open your minds! Don't be followers and let society tell you who to be. We can be anyone we want to! Just make it happen and enjoy life, as long as we are good to one another.

Yeah, there's absolutely no proof that Global Warming is a phenomenon brought on by man. Mankind is simply too small compared to the earth. Even National Geographic is doing a story now that the looming concern is global cooling. People need to chiil, and stop being so narcissistic thinking we actually are big enough to do anything. The globe could be warming. But it's going to cool too. It's all cyclical.

Global warming is one thing. But man's effect on the earth is clear...we're not too small to have a large effect. Perhaps not cosmically catastrophic, but enough to poison ourselves with chemicals and give ourselves cancer.

Damn this is old, I am going to get some shit for this but Global Warming is not brought upon by man, check out "Sun Spot" activity and the correlation historically by astronomers in the past 1,000 years to the present, check out the "The Little Ice Age" of 200 years ago and the affects of Europe and the correlation of Sunspots as well as the correlation of cloud creation and the warming of the globe...
