I feel sorry for Takano a Horrible Childhood + Hinimizawa Syndrome + Dreams + a Witch telling you your wishes will come true = A huge misunderstood person. She didn't want to kill everyone in the beginning she wouldn't have done that. It was them choosing to eradicate the syndrome and all its research afterwards that drove her to such lengths. She would do anything to make her grandfather happy because he saved her life so she dedicated her life to help him in the same way he did to her.
Only those who can understand and sympathise with every single person in the world can judge what is right or wrong for humanity, or what can or can't be forgiven.
After all, they are taking on the responsibility of representing the needs of every person in existence.
And since understanding means forgiving, it follows that the judges of humanity are only those who are able to forgive.
There are very few people who have existed in this world who have had that right.
@thyferra2680 Takano is as much a victim of Himamizawa Syndrome as the kids were. Her desire to prove herself led to stress and paranoia, in the end of Kai she was displaying symptoms of the disease. She's no worse than Shion, she just had the resources to cause even more trouble,
@thyferra2680 I believe that your logic is flawed. Takano is a fictional character, and Hitler was real. Whether people forgive Takano or not, it doesn't really matter. But comparing her to Hitler really makes no sense.
