This is true, however I started out on trumpet, tried to switch to trombone, but the teacher put me on baritone. When I was in jazzband she put me on 4th trbn as a baritone, w/out ANY treble music. I learned REAL fast how to transpose, so now I can play any and all brass. Not tryin to brag, just thought I would share :)
