@cinder0001 At my high school, pantsing accident or not is considered sexual harassment and there for your suspended for a week and/or possible police report. So Mr.Ratburn and the school could have called the police on Buster for pantsing a teacher. Also Buster would have had to pay for the damages to the ceiling because of the toy.

@AtarahDerek Oh my gosh, I know!!! They did the same thing in another one of the newer episodes, too, where they called him Francis! It's so wrong! In "Arthur's Mystery Envelope", they clearly made a point of saying his name was HERB. What is up with these newer episodes?! They are just getting sloppier and simply not as good.
