It's a FAKE. sorry folks, but the added stuff does not fit sonically, and is poorly mixed in, even for a rough mix. I'm all for uncovering legit alternate demo's etc, but I don't dig the the need to fake people out. An ego thing I suppose. peace and love
Not sure what people are upset about. This is a "fan mix" made by adding some isolated tracks to the bona fide White Album mix to bring them up louder into the mix. Hardly a crime, and hardly the only one out there using the same tracks and same concept. Nice job, btw.
As beatleboybob said, give
"Happiness Is A Warm Gun (Multi-track Parts)"
a listen, if you like this song. I love the creepy, funereal organ (mellotron?) part, which you can just BARELY hear in the White Album version.
if you check the related videos section, you should find a link to one called "Happiness Is A Warm Gun (Multi-track Parts)" if you check that out, it'll have these parts completely isolated.
Me thinks this is a fake. Listen to it with headphones and notice the sudden change of the stereo panning, and the audio noise that changes. If this was the third mixc of this (Peter Sellars White Album) it would be in mono. Nice try to you can't fool someone who is looking in the EMI database
If you listen to the original, you can hear bleed from the Mellotron track, also, i never said anywhere that this was the mix from the Peter Sellers White Album

I have no problem with the mix. But with the first word "she's" absent from this video, i have no reason to download it.

Vazmusic is completely correct about this just being the studio track with certain frequencies brought to the surface, but it's still interesting.

@Vazmusic Actually it isn't. There's an unused layer of overdubs found on bootlegs, and someone has just overlaid that onto the album version.

It's 'Down to the bitch." I know the lyrics; I read them on my tab book.
Alien8990 2 years ago
It most certainly is not. It's "down to the bits." Check the lyrics from the White Album booklet itself, or on just about any lyrics website.
