This is the only voice that doesn't feel correct. It's my opinion that it lacks the aristocratic qualities that would be present in the voice of a woman from one of the elite Solarian families. Furthermore, the voice is too "emotional..." She is an elite military officer. Her voices qualities would suggest a background of professionalism and discipline; Mary E McGlynn / Motoko Kusanagi for example. Also listen to Elly's actual voice from the cut scene: search for Elly's argument with Fei on YT
@Kuzalias i see what you're saying but having a background of professionalism doesn't mean that one doesn't get emotional. elly's mistake in letting her emotions slip in this scene (because it's really about her own insecurity that she projects onto fei) is what makes it more palpable. it's her struggle to maintain her disciplined persona that makes it interesting, not to merely gloss it over with a military caricature. just mho

I also never suggested a manner for her that could be considered a caricature... Not sure where that came from.

@wunderbeast I'm more concerned with subtle nuances here. Ellys delivery is appropriately emotional... however the delivery of her lines also conveys a sort of "weakness...?" unnecessarily. It is also lacking an aristocratic quality. It's very difficult to come with specifics on this, but I encourage you to listen again to Ellys argument with Fei for comparison. The delivery from that clip is what I'd be looking for. You can easily find it here on Youtube...
THIS CLIP IS SIMPLY GREAT!!! Yep this is PASSION!! Feeling! into a dialogue!. This is a real ACTING!! One that one can percibe EMOTION on it! Maybe a little to fast, but we can felt the characters emotion reflexted into t his, that is very importand!. And the Elly voice is cute and strong at same time, just in the way a soldier women must be. It fix her personality very well in a balanced way. Fei is also good performed. Congratulation to revive your project!.

Elly voice is great, abit to fast in certain parts. Sounds abit motormouthy, if you catch my drift. The voice itself is SPOT-ON however.
Don't like Fei's voice, but he has good pacing.
Anywho, just my opinion and feedback.
