Try some renaissance music or parts of the "Tristan and Isolde" OST.. and there are lots of historic orientated folk bands that have songs in this style. Try Blackmore's Night ("Queen for a day"), Versengold (although they sing in German) and from there on you could follow some of the recommendations on the side ;)

It has a celtic feel to it, and you can hear the deep voice of the bodran, the violin, the clackers, and the tamborine, along with the harp, the recorder, and some morris bells I imagine would be on the legs of dancers. Aside from the orchestral influences, it sounds like something that would be played in our guild yard. :)
