@gameboothacker45, it is a call of juarez game. Ben is the great-grandson of Billy Candle, and Ray and Thomas were killed. And we fight in the Alcazar again. And this game has nothing at all in common with Grand Theft Auto, Mafia, or Red Dead Redemption, since they all are third person shooters, with extremely different styles of gameplay, and settings. The only games that could truly be compared are each of the three games in the triolgy. And yes I enjoyed this game, and hopes they make a 4th.

Techland, the maker of this game, is a Polish studio. What do they know of Northern Mexico and the Southwest U.S.? Sure, when it was the Wild West for CoJ 1 and 2, they could base themselves off of movies like everybody but Rockstar does.

But this is more or less in the real, current, world. They can't watch movies and use that to make a convincing game.

I hope that they fix a lot of stuff from that last one. All-in-all, the game wasn't that bad. It was pretty good. I liked the cover system.

Two things to fix:

1. NO MORE DUELS or don't have it as a main thing.

2. Make sure the shop is accessible more. That part of the game actually made it more interesting. Do some missions and get some upgrades. That's about it. I'm hoping that, based on one of the characters in the trailer, stealing money from the cartel would be useful.

Just a question to give my post more of a sense, have you played the last two games? And if yes what you liked most in them? I liked them because they were.. original not just because of the theme, they didnt felt much like a game, but as something closer to the player than just run and shoot game.

I liked the setting, and, most particularly in the first one, the different type of combat that most other FPSs didn't do. The second one felt like an on-the-rails shooter, and whilst it was fun, lacked the charm of the original.
